Illusion about business English and grammar

It’s a fact that whenever a student wants to know the knowledge about the course of business English and the system of grammar then he feels nervousness. His mind gets Full of tension and anxiety by thinking about it. There are lots of words, which are very familiar to him, but when he imagines about the irregularity in the language then he finds himself in vain.

At first sight, he sees the grammar scary. He becomes worried due to the prospect of nine tenses and various twists or turns of learning it.

In reality, the student has not need to know the signs of grammar he will acquire. It may be necessary for the teacher to know the labels, and a little bit about how these things works. So it is proved that grammar is not a matter of tension and not a curse for the student. In fact, it is just like glue, which helps us to stick with business and with pleasures words. By the help of it anyone can manage the meetings, e-mails and phone calls etc in best ways, which is the demand of the progress of the industry- line. So student does not make the grammar and business English, a horror and a curse for himself. It is a blessings and a opportunity for him to learn about it or to get it.

Keeping the Love You Find

By Dr. Iris Fanning

"I love thee, I love but thee; with a love that shall not die; till the sun grows cold and the stars grow old." Shakespeare

"The course of true love never did run smooth." Shakespeare

BUILD THE FOUNDATION

I invite you to take a look at the other 3 articles I wrote about love. These articles are brief guides for a strong foundation for love that lasts. When you've done your work of clearing your past, bringing forth the God presence within you, being the person you want to be, defining what you value and attracting a partner who is aligned with what you want/need and who honors you...the "work" of a relationship is MUCH easier.

MAGIC KEY

There are many reasons good relationships continue to be really good. I would need to write a book to cover all aspects. Instead, let's keep it simple and give you one key that will help you enjoy and sustain your partnership. Are you ready? OK, memorize this thought.

People fall in love with you because of how they feel about themselves when they are with you.

When that person falls in love with you, they feel smarter, funnier, prettier, taller, thinner, more confident, more loving, walking on air, sexier, happier, healthier and like they can master anything. One of the simplest ways to create your great relationship is to check in and see if you feel like this in your partner's presence and if they feel like this in yours!

Here are a few easy thing you can do to encourage you and your beloved to feel wonderful in each others' presence .

Always say good morning to your partner.

Never leave one another without saying "I love you" and kissing each other.

Always tell your partner how beautiful, handsome or sexy they are.

Hold hands when you walk together.

Tell your partner they are the best!

Tell your partner they're brilliant.

Listen to your love.

Never go to bed mad.

Never say anything that will damage your love's opinion of themselves.

Often go the extra mile so your love doesn't have to work so hard.

FEEL THE LOVE

First, jot down how you feel about your partner currently and how you think they feel when they are with you. Then write 10 more things that you can do to make your partner feel special. Now, do several of these things a day. Do this without the expectation of getting 1 for 1 in return. Then notice how you feel and notice the reactions of your beloved. Write this down and notice any changes. Again, keep a notebook or computer page so you can see our growth during this year. Enjoy!

WHY LISTEN TO ME?

What makes me an expert in relationships? Of course I have the credentials (M.A. & B.S. in Psychology, Counseling & Guidance; Graduate of Coach University; Awards from American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy, Community Agencies & Albuquerque Public Schools; Over 20 Years experience in Coaching & Counseling).

Additionally, what makes me a credible expert is that Ken and I have been happily married for 22 years. We continue to enjoy one another, have fun, learn & grow in all kinds of ways.

Want confirmation? Our 20 year old son said to me this summer, "Mom, you may not always think I listen to you. When it comes to relationships & marriage I really listen to you. I've watched you and dad. I see how happy you guys are, how much you love each other, how close you are, how much you like spending time together and what fun you have. Of course I'm going to listen to you about relationships."

Learning English to 'Fit In'

By Andrew Carter

Here’s a phrase I came across recently: “learning English to fit in”. What a strange expression! Is that really a motivation for learning English? What does it mean to ‘fit in’ anyway? I suppose that ‘fitting in’ is what we all strive for – to be accepted, to become part of something, and maybe if everyone else is speaking English then you could feel excluded. But where might this happen? Why might somebody find themselves in such a situation? Vacations? Maybe, but these would mostly take place in a group or family situation, and so there’s a common language there already. Someone holidaying alone one can presume has the sense of adventure that would regard the lack of English as a challenge: all part of the fun – I would contend that this person would learn English as they fitted in!

There are two categories of people to whom the phrase might be appropriate – the foreign student and the foreign businessman. The student may be in the situation of needing a social life – fed up of 24 hour studying written pages and word processed reports – for him or her learning English would help them fit in. But is it learning English, or is it becoming confident with what they already have?

Conversation classes might be a good start for these guys, after all they are living in an English speaking country, and there are plenty of opportunities to get to know local students – student socials, bars, sports clubs etc.

For the foreign businessman, ‘fitting in’ has different connotations: he is likely to be overseas for a short period – maybe only a few days (or hours even), with a very specific English task – ‘fitting in’ might mean understanding and taking part in meetings and seminars, for example.

‘Fitting in’ might be about feeling comfortable with local services: hotels, taxis, stations and shops, for example. For these individuals, learning English in an appropriate way (and there are several options, from private tuition to an English school at home or abroad) is essential to their top performance overseas for their company – ‘fitting in’ is as much about getting the business deal done as it is about social comfort.
